Kungfu for All Ages
Tuesdays/Thursdays, 4:30-6:00pm
Get strong, build confidence, and have fun learning kungfu! Traditional Pailum style forms, practical self defense, and, for intermediate and advanced students, low-contact sparring. Winter quarter starts Jan 7, but join any time. Ages 7 and up.
ADULT CLASSES
Adult Kungfu Wednesdays, 5:30 - 7pm
Qigong Monday and Friday Mornings
It’s never too late to build your strength, flexibility, and balance. Gentle qigong includes standing and moving meditation. With Kungfu learn traditional techniques and Pai Lum forms and practical defense techniques. Winter quarter starts Jan 8, but join any time.
