White Dragon Kung Fu Seattle is led by Sifu Kimberly Bowen, 5th degree black belt master in Shaolin White Dragon Kung Fu, certified American Women’s Self Defense instructor, Commando Krav Maga Instructor, and ACE Senior Fitness Instructor. Sifu Kim continues the Shaolin White Dragon style of Macabee Martial Arts International, founded by Master Jacob Lunon. We work with you to build your strength, agility, flexibility, and skills, whatever your level of fitness and experience.
This is leadership training school where you train to be your very best with colleagues of all ages. Learn traditional Pai Lum and Hung Gar Kung Fu as well as practical Self Defense training based on Krav Maga and American Women’s Self Defense Association. Go deeper with Qigong and Meditation courses.

SIFU KIM
Sifu Kimberly Bowen is the head of White Dragon Kungfu Seattle. She is a 5th degree black sash master who has trained with Grand Master Jacob Lunon, founder of Macabee Martial Arts International, in Shaolin White Dragon kung fu for eleven years, and holds a green belt in Olympic Taekwondo. Sifu Kim is a certified second level Commando Krav Maga Instructor, certified American Women’s Self Defense Association Instructor, and certified Senior Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise. Sifu Kim represented Team USA in the 2019 International Kungfu Championships in Emei, China, while training with Juhong Chon Shifu, where she was awarded a bronze medal. In addition to martial arts, she teaches meditation courses through Training in Power Academy. She is the proud mother of a black belt and a purple belt.
SIFU JEREMY
Sifu Jeremy Bowen earned his 1st degree black belt when he was 13 years old, inspiring his mother, Sifu Kim, to pursue hers. Sifu Jeremy trained with Grand Master Jacob Lunon in Shaolin White Dragon Kungfu starting when he was 8 years old. He is especially gifted at working with children, making even the most challenging kungfu workouts fun! He also trained with Kamino Temple Saber Guild.

WHITE DRAGON KUNGFU SEATTLE SCHOOL RULES
The following is a list of rules which are to be honored at all times.
General Behavior
Respect your parents, Sifu, teachers, and everyone. Always do your best.Conduct in Class
Students should arrive prior to the beginning of class and be ready when class begins. Salute upon entering and exiting the school, to show respect to Sifu and the class. Salute Sifu and any other black belt when they enter or exit the room. Follow your instructor’s directions without hesitation and with a positive attitude. No talking, use of electronics, or horseplay during class. Hands off weapons that do not belong to you. No leaving class without permission. Students are expected to help clean up after class and put away equipment. No foul language is to be used at any time.Conduct Outside of Class
No teaching anyone, in or outside of class, unless given permission by Sifu. No Sumo or any other fighting techniques may be used outside of class time or events unless required in necessary self-defense.Dress Code
Proper uniforms are to be worn while in the school, during class, and at all White Dragon Kungfu functions. Uniforms consist of black gi or stretch pants, gi top or school t-shirt, and sash. No jewelry. Bring athletic shoes to each class.Equipment to Bring to Each Class
Bring water, athletic shoes, and weapons to all classes. Bring sparring gear on combat day.Tuition
Tuition must be paid by the first of the month for monthly classes. Payments may be made online or in person by check or cash. There is a $10.00 fee for late payments.Testing
Test fees and tuition must be paid prior to testing day.Communication
